Compliment सुनना किसे पसंद नहीं?
किसी के मुँह से सुनी एक छोटी सी तारीफ भी आपका दिन बना देती है।
But the question is– HOW OFTEN DO YOU COMPLIMENT SOMEONE?
जब बात आती है किसी दूसरे व्यक्ति की तारीफ करने की तो अक्सर हम एक या दो शब्दों का ही प्रयोग करते हैं जैसे की GOOD, NICE, GREAT, etc.
पर क्या हमेशा GOOD कह देना ही काफी है?
NO, it’s not enough.
If you want to be at the receiving end of someone’s compliments then you should also go out of your way to make someone feel special with the help of your words.

ENTICING
Meaning: लुभावना/आकर्षक
Used for someone who is attractive in atempting way.
• Her smile was quiteenticing.
• उसकी मुस्कान काफी आकर्षक थी।
CHARMING
Meaning: मोहक
If a person has a littletwinkle in their eyes or has an impressive wit, then you call that person charming.
• Sam’s personality is just as charming as his mother.
• Sam का व्यक्तित्व उसकी मां के समान ही मोहक है।
SPECTACULAR
Meaning: शानदार
If something/someone catches your attention by theirimmensely attractive looks, so much so that you can’t take your eyes off, it’s called spectacular.
• You were lookingspectacular at last night’s party.
• आप कल रात की पार्टी में बहुत शानदार दिख रहे थे।
BREATHTAKING
Meaning: विस्मयकारी/ लुभावना
This word is used for someone (or something) that is awe-inspiringand attractive that for a moment it makes yougasp for a breath.
• From my hotel room, there is a breathtakingview of the sea.
• मेरे होटल के कमरे से समुन्द्र का लुभावना दृश्य दिखता है।
GENEROUS
Meaning: उदार/ दयालू
Generous is a person who is kind, big hearted, and always helping others.

MAJESTIC
Meaning: राजसी/आलिशान/ भव्य
This word is mostly used for a place or a thing that has a poshand palatial feel with some extraordinaryquality.

• उन्होंने जयपुर के एक आलिशान/राजसी होटल में शादी की।
SUAVE
Meaning: सौम्य/ मनभावना/ मधुर/ सुशील
It’s onerare compliment usedprimarily for a man.
A suave man is someone who is elegant,charming, filled withconfidence and poise – in short, a wholepackage.
• I find your demeanour very suave and decent.
• मुझे तुम्हारा आचरण बहुत ही मधुर व सभ्य लगता है।
ANGELIC
Meaning: परियों जैसा/ दिव्य
Like ‘suave’ is for men, ‘angelic’ is mostly used for women.
If you see a woman whoappears heavenly and looks just like a floatingangel, you can and you should compliment her with this word.
(It’s commonly used to compliment a bride.)
