A Resignation Letter - Sample

Dear Mr. Gupta,

Subject: Resignation Letter (इस्तीफा पत्र)

My journey with this organization has been very enriching. However, for a new journey to start, the previous one must end. (इस कंपनी के साथ मेरा सफर बहुत ही संपन्न रहा है. हलाकि एक नए सफर की शुरुआत करने के लिए पिछला सफर खत्म करना पड़ता है.)

I am moving to another city due to  personal reasons, and will have to resign from the organization. (मैं कुछ निजी कारणों की वजह से, कंपनी से इस्तीफा दे रहा हूँ.)

However, I would dutifully serve my notice period for the next two months. (हालाँकि मैं अपना कर्तव्य निभाऊँगा और अगले दो महीने अपना नोटिस का समय पूरा करूँगा)

I would like to extend my gratitude to the whole team and my mentors, and I wish the organization would see days of greater success. I am thankful for all the guidance provided to me during my work tenure. (मैं अपनी पूरी टीम और सलाहकारों को अपना आभार प्रकट करना चाहूँगा। मैं उन सभी का शुक्रगुज़ार हूँ जिन्होंने मुझे इस पूरे सफर के दोहरान सलाह दी और सिखाया.)

Please accept my resignation. (मेरा इस्तीफा मंज़ूर करें)
