1. ASAP: As soon as possible (जितना जल्दी हो सके)
2. PFA: Please find attached (when you are attaching a document or presentation while emailing someone) - although, it is better so say 'Enclosed is the presentation...'
(जब आप अपने इ-मेल में कोई दस्तावेज़ या प्रेजेंटेशन भी साथ भेज रहे हों तब 'PFA' लिखते हैं, इसका मतलब है - Please Find Attached;
हालांकि 'Enclosed is the presentation...' लिखना बेहतर है.)
3. EOD: End of Day (दिन के खत्म होने तक)
4. FYI: For your information (आपकी जानकारी के लिए)
5. To 'let go': To fire someone (किसी को काम से निकाल देना)
6. To 'touch base': To connect with someone (किसी से संपर्क करना)
7. To 'think outside the box': To think of clever and innovative solutions to a problem (किसी समस्या का चतुर या नया और अच्छा हल ढूंढना)
8. A fire drill: An emergency (एक आपातकाल स्तिथि)
9. Let's take it offline: Let's talk about it later (इस बारे में बाद में बात करते हैं)
10. To 'get your hands dirty': Do manual or other hard work. It is not a negative term, it means that someone gets really involved in their work, and even does manual or menial tasks happily. (इसका मतलब है - छोटे से छोटा काम भी ख़ुशी से करना. )
